CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We run a no-refund policy on all Vietnam visa extension and renewal after we submitted your passport into Immigration Department. Therefore, it is important that should you wish to cancel the extension or renewal your visa, please contact us immediately to check status. If your passport is not submitted yet to Immigration Department, we will cancel the procedures. If your passport is submitted for processing already, we cannot cancel your extension or renewal.

VIETNAM VISA EXTENSION

Vietnam Visa extension means that you will have a new permission to stay more in Vietnam without leaving and reentering the country.

A new visa stamp will be issued on your passport. It says that you can remain in Vietnam more with new stay duration.
